When our beautiful Boxer was still with us, we loved taking him to this awesome Dog Park in Johns Creek, GA... and outstanding amenity for dog lovers all over the North Atlanta suburbs just off GA400, Haynes Bridge Road and Old Alabama Road... well maintained and worth the drive with your pet! It’s like Six Flags over Georgia for dogs.

johns creek: GA400/I285 Interchange Project to be complete by end of year - 07/31/21 10:01 AM
ATLANTA — While there will still be some major impacts on one of Atlanta’s busiest highway interchanges, reconstruction to I-285 and SR 400 north of Atlanta for the remainder of year is "on track" to be finished by the end of 2021.  
Work on the project initially began in November 2017 with a projected completion date of July 2020. However, last July, officials with the Georgia Department of Transportation, announced that the construction timeline would be pushed back until the end of 2021.

NORTH METRO ATLANTA — Officials with the Georgia Department of Transportation fielded some 50 questions about the Ga. 400 express lanes project during an online outreach session Sept. 1.
The $1.6 billion project, set for completion in 2026, calls for adding express lanes in each direction along the highway from I-285 north 16 miles to McFarland Parkway in Forsyth County. The project is one of 11 initial Major Mobility Investment Programs designed to reduce traffic congestion along major corridors around Atlanta.

Updated: October 5, 2020 - 6:18 AM If you’re going to be driving along Georgia 400 and Interstate 285, there’s a new change you’ll want to be aware of.
The Georgia Department of Transportation says it has opened the Ga. 400 south to I-285 east exit ramp early Monday morning.

Yes, that is correct; 100% of my Listings last year, Sold and Closed last year!  I didn't realize until recently how remarkable that number really is.  In our office of Harry Norman, Realtors we have agents that present a new listing at every weekly sales meeting.  I pick up the local Dunwoody Crier Newspaper and see full-page ads from agents and agencies showing tons of Listings.  I get e-mail blasts from various agents announcing yet another new Listing.
For the first two years in this business, that used to bother me a lot.  I kept thinking "why" don't I have a new Listing … (0 comments)
