I know that we have all heard the good, the bad, and the ugly about sitting open houses, and about the effectivness of open houses in general. But let's face it, sooner or later most of us wind up hosting a good old Sunday open house for better or for worse. We meet lots of shoppers (lookers and nosey neighbors), we may score a listing of another home off of our sit-in, or there is the occasional successful sale.
