Days turn into nights, nights turn into days, escrows open and cancel and re-open and close.........the life of a real estate sales manager can be very rewarding and demanding at the same time. You must be hardworking, determined, competitive and have an open mind. Recruiting and retaining full time producing Realtors, and not competing with them, is key to having a successful real estate brokerage.
