The Anthem Parkside real estate market broke through its ceiling in August, ending a streak of stagnation over the past several months. Both activity and prices rose. Home sales increased 5% from July and were up 28% year over year.  The average sale price increased 8% versus July and was up 3% over August 2017.  The average price per square foot remained the same versus July, but was up 5% year over year for the Parkside. The average days on market remained the same compared to July but was up 17% versus August 2017. The total number of homes sold in the Country Club was up 30% over July and up 63% over August 2017.  The average sale price rose by 9% versus July, and was up 15% over August 2017.
