The Anthem real estate market pulled back a little bit in July. The total number of homes sold fell off 12% from June, but was up 47% from July 2016.  Good news was the average sale price increased 5% over June and was up 9% year over year.  The 12 month moving average continues to remain flat month over month and is now up 4% from last year.  The price per square foot declined 5% from June and was flat year over year. The Anthem Country Club real estate market picked up a bit in June. The total number of homes sold in the Country Club increased a little from May, and was up 21% year over year.  The average sale price increased in June, and was up year over year by 2%. The price per square foot increased a modest 3% year over year.  The days on market remained about the same versus May and was up 8% year over year.
