Home sales rose but prices retreated in the Anthem real estate market during April.  The total number of homes sold was up 24% over March and up 16% year over year.  The average sale price decreased by 4% versus March but was up 8% over April 2018.  The price per square foot was up 4% over March and was up 9% year over year.
