Home sales and prices rose in the Anthem real estate market during March. The total number of homes sold was up 56% versus February but down 24% year over year. The average sale price increased by 8% versus February but was flat versus March 2018. The price per square foot was flat versus February and was up 1% year over year. The 12 month moving average ($348,358) was also flat versus February, and is up 4% from last year. The days on market slid to 73, down 5% versus February and down 9% from March 2018. Homes sales and prices decreased during November in the Phoenix, AZ real estate market. The number of homes sold dropped by 13% versus October and were down 8% year over year. The average sale price slipped 1% from October, but was up 7% over November 2017. Sellers received about 99% of their list price during the month. The number of homes on the market remained exactly the same as October and is up 4% year over year.
