Home sales and prices fell in the Anthem real estate market during February. The total number of homes sold was down 24% versus January and down 29% year over year. The average sale price declined by 2% versus January and was flat versus February 2018. The price per square foot was up 1% versus January and was flat year over year. The 12 month moving average ($349,039) was also flat versus January, and is up 5% from last year. The days on market rose to 77, up 3% versus January and up 10% from February 2018. The Daisy Mountain Veterans Parade was established in Anthem, AZ in 2005. The parade has grown from a small neighborhood parade to one of the most prestigious patriotic parades anywhere. The Parade has highlighted the sacrifices of our veterans, drawn attention to the truth that freedom is not free and shown support to our veterans who have protected those freedoms through service.
