The Anthem Country Club real estate market slowed down a bit in November. The total number of homes sold in the Country Club fell to 19, up 19% over November 2015. The average sale price increased dramatically from October but was 2% less than November 2015. The 12 month moving average was flat month to mont and is down 3% from last year, continuing the trend from the last few months. The Anthem real estate market, as well as the weather, continued to cool off through the month of November. Home sales were down 16% versus October 2016, up 20% over November 2015. In addtion. the inventory of homes on the market is at 3.06 month’s supply, continue to move in to a buyer's market. The price per square foot decreased 1% versus October 2016, and is up 4% year over year.
