The Anthem real estate market picked up a bit in March. The total number of homes sold was up 19% from February, and up 9% over March 2016. The average sale price was up 11% from February and up 14% year over year. The 12 month moving average moved up slightly month over month (1%), and up 3% from last year. The price per square foot also rose versus February and was up 9% year over year. The total number of homes sold was up 17% from January, and up 39% over February 2016. The average sale price was down 14% from January and up 4% year over year.
