The Villas continued to perform strongly through April. The lack of homes on the market continues to be the story. Currently there’s only 1 home actively on the market, with 1 under contract, in the Villas. Prices continue to climb in the Villas. Again, the 12 month moving average remains strong, showing a 17% increase in price for the Villas, in line with the overall Anthem real estate market.
