Buyers in the Cedar City, UT, real estate market are discovering that patience is required to buy their home. Buyers who have succeeded testify that home ownership is worth the wait and effort. I now know the difference between Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter! Facebook is for people--right? Linkedin is for business--right? Did you know that you can use twitter as a bridge to other places like Facebook, and then you can update all at once? Of course, that may not be a good idea to have the same message on both Facebook and Linkedin. I also learned that I am too old to use Myspace.
