Attached are the Utah Association of REALTORS (UAR) Local Market Updates by County for June 2015. I remember working in a place as a teenager that had a sign on the wall that said, "The customer is always right!" I have always believed that is true. Top service is what the client deserves in every case. We need to be flexible enough to work for our clients in a way that is satisfactory to them. We must remember that their interests come first ahead of our own. I was taught from my youth to go the "extra mile." Only 1 more hour long Webinar, and I'll have my national SFR designation! It's a total of 8 hours plus 3 Webinars, and then you can submit your application for The NAR short sale designation. I've taken several short sale training courses, but this is the best yet! It's excellent training! Even for an experienced agent like me, I learned some things! I was asked this question today, so I wanted to reply with a resounding NO! Let me qualify that: You must continue owning and living in the home for at least 3 years, according to what I have been told, in order to not have to pay back the tax credit.
