I was talking to the agent for one of the townhome projects here in Cedar City, Utah, and she said my buyer made the first offer and is planning to close in a few days.  They have 2 more under contract, and they have 2 more buyers in the wings that are contemplating making offers.  My buyer's friend is also thinking of buying one of these charming townhomes.  In all, that would fill the building!  I would say that's quite an increase in sales since these 2 incentives came available.  Wouldn't you agree?

NEWS BULLETIN:  Son Builders at Hidden Hills Cove Subdivision will match the $6,000 incentive from Utah Home Run Grant for new construction.  What do they mean?  If you purchase one of the 2 gorgeous new homes in Hidden Hills Cove Subdivision and close in the next 90 days, Son Builders will give a $6,000 credit towards closing costs for buyers or upgrades.

Where do you want to put your money now?  With incredibly low interest rates, huge inventory, bargain prices and great loan programs available in in our area, I'm voting for buying real estate in the Cedar City/Iron County, UT area.  I can't remember when I've seen all 4 in line to benefit buyers at the same time.  Often you'll see rates up when prices are down, and there's a see-saw effect.
