Who do your write for? When writing a a blog, sometimes you need to think about who you are writing for. Are you writing to your colleagues, or the consumer. If you are writing to the consumer, what are you trying to get across to them. Is it always about Real Estate, your listing? Why not talk to them about more then just Real Estate. So I was reading the paper today and came across an article that Broward County Property Appraisers are going to business that owe in back taxes. The county is looking to collect around $8 million in back taxes. FORT LAUDERDALE - Tax collectors hit the streets Wednesday in a sweep of hundreds of business -- demanding they pay delinquent bills or have their equipment and furnishings sold at auction. Customers were exercising at a downtown Fort Lauderdale gym when collection agents posted a lien for $9,900 in back taxes on its doors in the morning. I have started going around and taking pictures of the surrounding areas. One place I thought about taking pictures of a place I love to go and relax. Most people don't go here. Why? Not sure. Maybe they don't know much of this area. I kind of don't want to give my secret away, but at the same time how could I not. Its so relaxing.
Its Pompano Beach, straight down Atlantic Blvd to the end. Leads you right to it. You park right up(meter parking) and walk down the path. Just looking at the path shows how relaxing this … (12 comments)

The Keyes Company will be holding an open house extravaganza on Sunday July 29th from 1 to 4. Basically what this means is that all homes that Keyes has listed in Broward County will be open to the public. There will be advertising in the local Sun-Sentinel newspaper on Wednesday July 25th and again on Sunday July 29th. This will be a wonderful opperunity for anyone looking to purchase a home.
