Texas Rocks with Freshwater and Saltwater FishingYes, Texas has always been a very nice place to go fishing in both freshwater and saltwater. During my childhood years, we used to look forward to going to a nearby lake to catch catfish and trout. But going all the way to Corpus Christi to fish on that coast for saltwater drum or bass was even better.
