Having recently gone through property inspections with both my sellers and my buyers, I would have to say that this is a most impressive and detailed list by Fred Griffin on things that sellers must do before the home inspector arrives. Whenever I get a report back from the inspector with 20 pages or more, it is quite evident that the sellers had not prepared their homes properly. Many times these inspections can break a deal and make negotiations more difficult, since most buyers don't want to have to deal with all those items found on the report.

Attention Sellers.....If you want buyers to be interested in your home, you need to show it in its best light. A good first impression can influence a buyer both emotionally and visually, thus prompting them to make an offer.
