denver home prices: Inventory Up in Denver in Q1 2019

Median home prices in Denver are up to $428,000, an increase of about 3% over last March. That's down a good bit from the 10+% appreciation we've been seeing over the past few years. In the first quarter of 2019 we also saw a pretty dramatic rise in inventory, with the number of active listings up 54% over last year. The number of new contracts has stayed about the same for the same period.
