shell knob homes sold: February Stats for Shell Knob

There was a refreshing sound in my Shell Knob office this past week....... telephones ringing! It's a good sound, and one that I haven't heard enough of this past year, as the following report for February will show.
In our Tri-Lakes Multiple Listing Board, there were 67 homes sold and closed at an average price of $147,652. The sales showed an average list to sell price difference of 8%.Shell Knob had only two of that 67 total.
