Besides doing on-line searches, i.e. Zillow, Realtor.com, etc, it would appear that younger buyers are also spending considerable time absorbing cable tv shows. A favorite appears to be the Home & Garden channel, which seems to have brainwashed potential buyers with the magic words GRANITE - STAINLESS - TILE.
An affordable home under $200,000, is not deemed livable unless it is move-in-ready, with a spectacular kitchen, hardwood or tile floors, and of course A LARGE OPEN FLOOR PLAN WITH THE KITCHEN HAVING GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES AND THE LATEST DECORATOR COLOR TILE FLOOR!
