More Seniors, or those nearing retirement age, should think about heading down South - and NOT just for the Winter! Several national publications have listed Louisiana as a top retirement destination; Forbes, Smart Money, and Kiplinger, to name a few. It isn't called the Sportsman's Paradise for nothing, ya'll! Active lifestyles are encouraged; with it's moderate climate, and close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and abundance of lakes and waterways.
