joan congilose: Getting my feet wet, my first real eatate transaction
- 04/29/14 10:22 PM
My first real estate experience began 25 years ago. I was recently divorced, working a full time job and attending college at night. I knew that some time in the future I would like to buy my first home as a single person. I really wasn't real estate savvy so I decided to take a real estate class and get my license during the Summer when college was over for the semester. I couldn't have selected a better school to attend. The instructor was a real estate attorney who had sold real estate prior for 20 years and the classes were enlightening. (23 comments)

You set an asking price when you first listed your home, & maybe you have not had any showings or offers yet. Just as it's important to know when it's time to sell, it's important to recognize when it's time to reduce the price.
