It's our pleasure to meet with our neighbors, spend time listening to their needs and work on a plan that works for them. Sometimes we list houses right away to put them on the market, and other times, it takes time. It could take up to a year if there are a lot of projects to finish at the house. Whatever your timeline, we will get the job done. Bud met with us many months before he was ready to sell. We ended up having a nice friendship, and a trusting relationship. I'm sure all of you have heard the term "MULTIPLE OFFERS"!! The last couple of years have been non-stop. There is a difference with the offers received when we represent a Seller. There are certain things we advise our sellers to pay attention to that being, pre-approval (not just pre-qualified); down payment monies, earnest money amount; and contingencies. It's not just about the offer price. When buyers call their lender seeking information about financing, one of the very first things to happen is that they become pre-qualified.
