It's our pleasure to meet with our neighbors, spend time listening to their needs and work on a plan that works for them. I'm sure all of you have heard the term "MULTIPLE OFFERS"!! The last couple of years have been non-stop. There is a difference with the offers received when we represent a Seller. There are certain things we advise our sellers to pay attention to that being, pre-approval (not just pre-qualified); down payment monies, earnest money amount; and contingencies.
