Year to date, we have more new listings than last year and median sales price for single family homes is at $339,950, up 3.3%. Houses in Pawleys Island are selling at 96.1% of the asking price. Condo/Townhomes in Pawleys Island are faring even better with a median sales price of $191,500, up 6.2% over last year. Condos/Townhomes are selling at 96.3% of the asking price.

It didn't take long for things to ramp back up after the weather challenges we faced at summer's end. While it may have changed people's timing, it didn't change their desire to find their place at the beach.
