January of 2023 may not have been like January 2021 but properties are under contract pretty quickly. With the low inventory and plenty of buyers we have a very stable market. Sellers are getting at least 95% of asking price. Short term rentals are HOT with multiple offers coming in but not as quickly. It may take days rather than hours to get the property under contract. Our best selling season is spring and summer and buyers are out there just waiting. We have very few listings and it is rare we have anything in the lower price points. So … (2 comments)
