July Market Stats are in, and looking at the residential listings for sale, they have increased by 9%. Sales are down approximately 13% compared to last year. The median sales price for closed transactions has decreased by about 5%. The percentage of the asking price received is good, which may indicate that sellers are becoming more realistic about their prices. The number of days on the market has increased slightly, but not significantly, which is positive.
