Whew, well we all know that it is hot and we officially all must have our A/C pumping out the air on a very constant basis. It is very important to maintain your A/C units, having a service checkup once a year is not a bad idea. You could also make sure that when you do shut the unit off that you allow at least 10 minutes to go by before you use it again, this way the pressure will have time to equalize.
