According to Daniel Pink, in his book A Whole New Mind, any job that can be automated, will be. What about the real estate industry? With sites like Zillow.com now attempting to webinize the industry, what will happen to traditional real estate agents and brokers? Along those lines, what are the significant value added activities that agents and brokers bring to the table in today's information age? Is it the CMA? Marketing expertise?
