Hello law abiding readers, I received a mass e-mail from from my broker about the $8,000 tax credit. Curious because Friday was the last day to get your offers in... I actually read it. Come to find out it was an e-mail about people changing the dates to get their clients the credit even though Friday was the last day. Normally our broker won't fill our in-box with a bunch of junk mail so I thought this was probably an issue. So here is my cry to the agents of Active Rain. I held this home open today and had some traffic, but it didn't sell. I'm so sure it will...I'm holding it open again tomorrow too! Owners took top care of this house and it shows. Tick Tock goes the Clock and other fun kid references: So as we come close to the end of another crazy month, I can't help but think about our tax credit extension. I felt so relieved when we went from November to April and thought the buyers would come flocking. Actuality settled in when the only people that actually bought were loved ones decided to pay my mortgage and the rest laughed at $8K.
