Lake Zurich Sales For June appear to be on the low side. Like many areas we saw an increase in April and May, yet now appears to be falling back to the pre-tax credit pace of about 10% of the property selling, with about 30% of those being sometype of distressed sale. With overall area being somewhate lower percentagewise; over 500+ homes for sale yet just 44 closing in past 30 days.
