Today, I was looking for bank owned gulf access bank owned property from 185,000 to 299,000 for a client. I was able to come up with 15 homes offered for sale by banks. These homes are located in Cape Coral Florida, some have pools others have boat docks and lifts in a variety of locations in Cape Coral Florida. These pictures are from some of the bank owned property, that I have shown lately to home buyers looking for a boating location with good access to the gulf of Mexico. When your looking to buy waterfront property maybe a bank owned or a foreclosure property that is gulf access ? There are a few things you need to review at each homes location.
(1) The condition of the seawall is important to check many home buyers and agents do not check the condition of the seawall. The rain water should be flowing over top of the sea wall into the canal.
