This is a home of one of my clients who wanted to avoid foreclosure, the home is located in Cape Coral Florida. I was able to get the bank agree to the bank short sale, we successfully closed on this home Monday May 18th 2009 with the Bank Approval from Chase Bank. My Seller avoided foreclosure as the bank was into the home from more then 100,000 owed on the debt from the accepted $80,000 dollars offer. It is really nice to see new business moving into our town. Cape coral has been in the media lately as one of the hottest real estate markets in the country again as home prices are near a 10 year low.

This morning I talked to a loss mitigation officer with Chase Bank that is assigned to one of my Bank Short Sale contracts. This is a home I have listed in Cape Coral Florida is for sale at $80,000. Recently after having a deal fall through with the last previous Home Buyer, I now have an accepted offer from my seller and an approval from Chase Bank in two days for the short sale.
