Are you eligible for a VA loan? Way back in 1944 the VA Guarantee program was started. If you are eligible, it is on the best loan programs available: 100% financing, no mortgage insurance, and a great refinance program. VA loans are an outstanding loan program for veterans. Low interest rates and make-sense underwriting have increased the volume of VA loans for both purchase and refinance. You may be able to refinance without paying down your mortgage and or mortgage insurance. HARP is Home Affordable Refinance Program.
