The term "luxury home" has many meanings to different people. As with many things, "Luxury" is in the eye of the beholder. When it comes to real estate though, luxury is often defined by lifestyle, location, amenities, land size, as well as the physical size of a home.
For today's report, we include all homes priced in the top 1% of the market.
As a different twist, we'll also include three recent luxury home sales to see how the sellers fared, and three current luxury home listings to show you that the information you receive on them is usually not even close to accurate.
