Century 21 Manausa and Associates is growing and we are looking for unlicensed people who might be interested in selling homes.
There are not enough well trained real estate agents in Tallahassee to handle the work flow that is being generated by the housing market recovery. This means that there are job and career opportunities in real estate that must be filled, so my question is "are they right for you?"

Every other year, the State of Florida requires me to take 14 hours of real estate continuing education to keep my license active.
For somebody with 22 years of experience in his real estate career, the main purpose of real estate continuing education is to ensure that I am familiar with the legal and procedural changes that occur in Florida real estate.
