The market goes up, and the market goes down, but what do people moving to Tallahassee want to know? They want to know about houses in Tallahassee. They want to know about schools and they want to know about Tallahassee neighborhoods. They want to know about recreation and they want to know about shopping. But most of all, they want to know about the area and about Tallahassee houses.

We are working feverishly to bring our new Tallahassee Real Estate Web Site live. With several thousand pages and even more internal links, it is no small project.
I am very excited about unveiling the site, so rather than wait until we are completed, I thought I would release a link to our temporary location so that our readers can play around with our new Tallahassee Property Search Tool. tallahassee home search: Search The Same MLS As REALTORS Do

When I first got into the real estate business in Tallahassee, the multiple listing system (Tallahassee MLS) was not computerized. We all submitted our listings and every three weeks or so, a new “MLS Book” was published. Sorting through this colossal printed assembly was not fun. We would sit with buyers and show them grainy black and white photos of what was available.
Sorting through homes for sale in Tallahassee was another problem. One section of the book contained all the three bedroom homes, the next four bedroom homes, etc. So if a homeowner wanted to properly market their 4 … (4 comments)
