There are some things in life that don't normally go together. Million dollar homes and Minnesota Foreclosures are two of them. There are 26 foreclosure in Minnesota over a million dollars. The one that I am talking about in particular is the one at 1655 Bohns Point Rd in Orono.
Is this a great deal at a cool 5.8 Million dollars. Looks like the last owner tried to sell it for 11.5 Million but had no takers. Not a great thing for TCF. It kind of sucks for TCF that it is a TCF Foreclosure. It would seem that … (0 comments)
