When there are major residential or commerical tours I always try to go, especially if it is geared towards the modern. I typically come away with at least one idea that is significant and in this one case I decided to have it incorporated into a builders home that would be constructed for an investor. It is an easy thing to do to out expensive upgrades into a house but can you come up something really cool and impressive that doesn't cost much put still has a WOW factor?
