broomfield homes: Joetta's Denver to Boulder Newsletter - September 2013 - 09/21/13 02:32 AM
Joetta’s Real Estate Newsletter  September, 2013 Hello, Friends and Neighbors -
I'm writing this on the 12th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on US soil.  It's a sobering thing to remember, but I want to be mindful of all those who lost loved ones, or suffered injury.  I'm still surprised how often I discover that someone I interact with knew someone who was there, on that day.
I hope you all will join me in taking a little extra time to be gentle with those we encounter, realizing we do't have any idea what they might be going through.

broomfield homes: Buying A Denver to Boulder Home: Understanding the Mortgage Payment - 08/31/13 07:30 AM

Becoming a Homeowner …
Understanding Your Mortgage Payment

It’s important to understand what a mortgage payment is, right from the start.

3.  Property taxes.  Each month you pay about 1/12th … (0 comments)

But even people who want an HOA to control their neighbors, often would rather not have that same control directed towards them!
