homes for sale are blue What this report tells you:  I have eliminated the category of homes under $200,000 for Broomfield because so few homes sell in that price point.  Broomfield is a smaller market than the other two reports I do - Westminster and Arvada.  I think that's the main reason for so few sales in Broomfield, but I may soon be making the same change for Arvada as prices all over the metro area increase.

Only one Arvada home in this price point closed at or above list price, and it was new construction (13%).
Current inventory for this price point is over 9 months, making this Arvada's only price point that's a strong buyer's market.

This is a monthly market report for Arvada home sales. Arvada is a small town between Denver and Boulder. Arvada's real estate market is not the same as Denver or Boulder, but is very similar to Westminster, Broomfield, Lakewood, and Wheat Ridge.
I hope that issuing these reports every month will help give you an idea of the real estate market, in case you want to buy a home or sell a home in one of the best places Denver to Boulder!

See current market reports for Arvada, Westminster, and Broomfield CO (click the link) See Broomfield CO Homes for Sale between $300,000 and $400,000 Read on for a report on Broomfield Home Sales: What this report tells you:  Broomfield CO homes in the $300-400,000 price range are also in a hot seller's market.  There's still some room for a reasonable offer, even if it's not full price if the house is somewhat overpriced, but home buyers who want to buy a house in Broomfield would be wise to choose their battles carefully.  In other words this might not be the market to quibble over a couple thousand … (2 comments)
