It's possible that higher interest rates are slowing our market.
This is the first time I've seen longer days on market and fewer sold than the previous year in this price range for Westminster homes.

I had to laugh when I saw this statement in the Broker's Remarks section of our MLS: "Contract fell due to a crazy market which causes crazy buyers!"
She was referring to the fact that her listing, which had gone under contract in one day, was back on the market just two days later.
I know exactly what she means - people are getting so frustrated and even worried that they'll never get a house, that they are making higher and higher offers, and pulling the trigger without giving the purchase much thought. Sometimes, without even seeing the home.
