Wondering if you should sell your house during a Colorado winter?
Now that far fewer homeowners are 'under water', many are getting excited about putting those homes on the market and moving on. But conventional wisdom says the market is too cold in the winter months, and folks should wait until spring.
It's been true in my market, which is the area between Denver and Boulder, that selling a house in the winter means few showings and lower-priced offers.
