One thing that you will want to check if you are buying a home in the Twin Cities area is the radon level. According to Wikipedia, Radon is “a chemical element with the symbol Rn and atomic number 86. It is a radioactive, colorless, odorless, tasteless noble gas, occurring naturally as a decay product of radium.” That sounds way scarier than it actually is. Most Radon is dissipated into the outside air and becomes harmless. In the average home, the level is 1.3 picocuries per liter of air (pCi/l), and not considered to be a dangerous level by the EPA. The title of my blog is a quote from a different blog I read this morning from Matthew Ferrara, a philosopher. Every professional Realtor out there should read this article! I think there are a large chunk of Realtors out there that get bent out of shape trying to figure out the best way to capture the most leads with their online presence and advertising. Now this may seems like a good idea but I think you are spinning your wheels when you do that. I'm not saying to not have an online presence, but focus more on content than capturing (2 comments)
