There is a lot of talk about a mini bubble, the market tanking, homes selling slower than last spring, and a bunch of other speculation on what's happening in the Twin Cities real estate market. See below for an infographic on the actual projections of households being created over the course of the next three years and the average appreciation over the next 3 years. In the Twin Cities, we are solid! We are one of the top ten healthiest real estate markets in the US. Now if prices do not go up a bit, but the rates do what is projected to happen, let's see how that affects a buyer in the Twin Cities, should they wait to buy one year. Most home sellers would love to time the sale of their home perfectly! Especially Twin Cities home sellers. With winter right around the corner, us MN nice citizens are already starting to get into hibernation mode! But wait! Right now there are really 5 reasons that Twin Cities home sellers should really consider selling now rather than later. Before you rule this out as a huge sales pitch, hear me out. #1 Demand Is High- The Twin Cities buyers are out their right now and they are serious! The title of my blog is a quote from a different blog I read this morning from Matthew Ferrara, a philosopher. Every professional Realtor out there should read this article! I think there are a large chunk of Realtors out there that get bent out of shape trying to figure out the best way to capture the most leads with their online presence and advertising. Now this may seems like a good idea but I think you are spinning your wheels when you do that. I'm not saying to not have an online presence, but focus more on content than capturing (2 comments)
