On July 2010, OSM-REO Traymore, affiliate of Marshals Investments Corp., files a foreclosure targeting the 13 story beachfront hotel on 2445 Collins Ave. The Property is just north of the new Gansevoort and W Hotelsand south of the Fontainbleau. Easy walking distance to Lincoln Road, the Bass Museum, Miami City Ballet and great shops and restaurants. The complaint names CSC Traymore ( affiliate of Ceebraid- Signal Corp and City National Bank of Florida) as a trustee for the land trust.
