I am experiencing more traffic in this sluggish economy by focusing more on the buyer and turning down overpriced listings. When the market is slow and you look at sold properties it is easy to see what is selling and what is on the expired list.

I have found that if you have a client that is behind on their mortgage and it has not gone to sheriffs sale it is a great opportunity to sell it quickly and provide a buyer with a chance to get a GOOD DEAL. Market Conditions: The market seens to be picking up in its traditional early Summer routine. Short sales are still the talk of the town as buyers are looking to spend less and get the most bang for their buck. Sellers are slowly coming down on their price but it is surely equalizing the market. Hopefully we are at the bottom of this downturn but unfortualtely it is only a feeling and only time will tell!
