sales: Buyers are Grabbing the ones that sell! (Short Sales)

I have found that if you have a client that is behind on their mortgage and it has not gone to sheriffs sale it is a great opportunity to sell it quickly and provide a buyer with a chance to get a GOOD DEAL. Banks are more than happy to sells these homes......They do not want them back! They are in the business of financing not being the owner of real estate. Market Conditions: The market seens to be picking up in its traditional early Summer routine. Short sales are still the talk of the town as buyers are looking to spend less and get the most bang for their buck. Sellers are slowly coming down on their price but it is surely equalizing the market. Hopefully we are at the bottom of this downturn but unfortualtely it is only a feeling and only time will tell!
