I periodically compile a list of the best deals on single family homes, condos, lots and recreational property throughout the Ogden Valley (Eden, Huntsville and Liberty), Utah. Prices have come down significantly over the past 12-18 months. For example, out of 160 single family homes listed here, 16 (10%) are listed below $100 per square foot, with prices starting at $179,900 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1944 square foot home on a .56 acre lot. There are quite a few great deals on condos as well, with the lowest-priced two bedroom, 1084 square foot condo priced at $175,000. … (3 comments)
