HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 18551: Manufacture Home Foundation Requirements
There is a specific PROTOCOL in the State of California mandated by the California Housing & Community Developent Department, (HCD), Title 25 Division of Codes & Standards that must be followed in order to acquire the lender required certification needed in order to fund most "RESIDENT OWNED" Manufactured Home Communities.

The terminology "foundation repairs" or "Retrofits" is generally used to describe "Proprietary Foundation Systems" for MANUFACTURED HOMES

HAVE YOU HAD ENOUGH LOAN MODIFICATION? Well, I don’t know about you but I am LM’d out. I have never spent so much time researching and writing about a subject about which I have absolutely no interest. I’m sure by now we’re all Loan Modification "experts" anyway so alas and thank the heavens here’s my third and final Loan Modification post. I am going to keep this one short and hopefully somewhat sweet. This post will basically discuss the future of the budding loan modification industry; a future which may be in doubt. This post was inspired by Lenn Harleys recent post about RE agents getting involved with Loan Modifications. During good times most folks just go along with the status quo without a care in the world expecting everything to just keep on keeping on. But when all of a sudden the whole engine just seizes up and the entire economy literally hits a wall it doesn't take long for folks to start to panic and even become desperate.
