Revamped Foreclosure Procedures Coming Soon. The country’s top mortgage servicers have reportedly reached an agreement on changes to their foreclosure procedures. The consent agreement has not yet been made public, but The New York Times was able to get a preview of what the agreement contains from individuals who spoke on the condition of anonymity.Among the proposed changes include:

Are you an investor/flipper seeking to purchase distressed properties but don’t know who to turn to for advice?

If you live hundreds maybe even thousands of miles away or you are a foreign investor its’ not practical for you to personally visit every property you’re interested purchasing. Additionally it’s not a wise choice to put all your faith in the agent/broker who is seeking to make a handsome commission by selling you a property.
